The Business School @ Rezidor is constantly aligned with the vision, brand values and goals of the company. Courses are changed, updated, removed or added as the business needs change and demand. All courses on offer have an impact on the business objectives of guest satisfaction, employee satisfaction and owner satisfaction. It helps the company to positively influence revenue, quality and value and offers a thought-provoking, stimulating and enjoyable time for all who take part.
The School takes place every quarter and is held in different hotel locations, so participants also get to experience staying in one of our hotels. The programs are scheduled over a one to two week period and are facilitated either by our own internal trainers or by external consultants who are specialists in their subject.
The School is available for Department Heads, General Managers, Regional and Corporate employees and focus on offering the following curriculum:
